Air Source Heat Pumps, £7,500 (or £9,000 for oil & LPG homes)
Replace a fossil-fuel boiler with an air source heat pump and claim a £7,500 grant from the UK government's Boiler Upgrade Scheme. Homes currently heated by oil or LPG in England & Wales qualify for an uplifted £9,000 grant from 21 July 2026. We coordinate the survey, design, install and the entire grant application through our MCS-certified installer partners, at no upfront cost to you.

Free Cavity Wall Insulation
The most effective way to prevent heat loss in your home is with insulation, and no matter what time of year it is, cavity wall insulation is always working to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. If you're eligible as part of our energy efficiency grants and schemes, we'll install cavity wall insulation free of charge, and you don't need to be an experthousing customer to benefit.

The good news is that, depending on your eligibility, we may be able to offer you a free insulation grant. Through green homes funding programmes, we are collaborating with the government and local councils to provide free cavity wall insulation to eligible homes throughout the UK.
These energy efficiency grants exist to aid homeowners and private renters who are on a low income or receiving a means-tested benefit to improve the energy efficiency of their homes. If your walls are incorrectly insulated, around one-third of all the heat produced in your home could be lost. Depending on when your house was built, it can have cavity walls.
