What is ECO funding?
The Energy Company Obligation or ‘ECO’ is a domestic energy efficiency funding programme directed by government and paid through the green levy by large energy companies. As a trusted partner with years of experience, we work with local authorities and councils to create energy efficient homes, delivered through the ECO scheme, enabling us to achieve a reduction in fuel poverty and improve the overall energy efficiency of homes across the UK.
Together with our contractors, we deliver a variety of home insulation measures such as cavity wall and loft insulation, to thermostat valves, solar panels and much more. We offer extra warmth for your home at no cost to you and the best part is, you don’t have to be an Experthousing customer to benefit .
Helping the UK’s most vulnerable households keep warm, save money and reduce carbon emissions by delivering the right solutions for them.

How Experthousing deliver ECO
Since the government’s introduction of the ECO scheme in 2013, Experthousing has built a large, experienced and trusted installer network (our own Experthousing installers, plus a wide nationwide base of highly skilled contractors) and has a proven track record of delivering high value ECO contracts.
We have created strategic relationships with local authorities to deliver turnkey, end to end energy efficiency projects, transitioning communities to a net zero future. Working in partnership with local contractors allows us to improve lives locally and reduce carbon emissions across each region. Watch our short video to learn more about the delivery of ECO4 and complete our partnership form if you’d like a call back.
Experhosuing is fulfilling its ECO obligation goals by going green and reducing carbon emissions across a number of London boroughs such as Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge and Newham. We also have many other decarbonisation activities happening across London to help organisations and homes to reach net zero.
We’ve delivered some of the largest and complex ECO schemes across the UK.
